This is a picture of the family room taken from the front door entry way. The interior of the home is done in a tongue and groove birch wood that has been finished with a Danish oil. The ceiling is vaulted with largewood beams for support. The house is fully furnished with all the conveniences of home: 2 color TVs, 2 VCRs, stereo, coffee maker, microwave, washer, dryer, linens, towels, pillows, cooking utensils, Falscraft dishes, southwestern style art and much, much more. The large picture window provides a great view of the property and a variety of wildlife. The bird feeder attracts a number of different birds, especially a stunning Blue Jay we call Rocky. We provide a bird watching book for your convenience which describes the different varieties. The couch can pull out into a queen size bed. The staircase leading down below the picture window is to the garden level bedroom. It can sleep up to 4 people in beds. It is an oversize room and has a color TV and VCR. It is a great place to let the kids have their own space. Much of the artwork that is found throughout the house is southwestern and has been collected from our many trips.
